It's Worth It For The One

Paul’s life was driven by one clear goal: bringing glory to God by helping
people come to know Jesus. In 1 Corinthians 9, Paul explains how he was
willing to adjust his preferences, build common ground with people, and live
with intentional discipline so that others could hear the gospel and live a life
that glorifies God.

This passage challenges us to consider how our own lives reflect that same
mission. If people matter to God, then the way we live, love, and interact with
others matters too. Take some time to discuss/contemplate three key lessons
from Paul about why pursuing God’s glory and people’s salvation is “worth it
for the one.”
